Delete Your Rowi Account

1Overview

You can delete your Rowi account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains the two ways to do it, what is deleted, and what may be kept for a limited time.

2Option A — Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open Rowi and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (the last tab in the bottom bar).
3. Open Settings (the gear icon).
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Read what will be removed and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

3Option B — Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or simply prefer to write to us, send an email to support@getrowi.app with the subject "Delete my Rowi account".

Please send it from the email address linked to your Rowi account, and include your username if you remember it. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same email. This is how we verify that the request comes from the account holder; if we cannot match the email to an account, we will reply asking for more information.

We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

4What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in credentials (email and password, Google, or Apple).
• Your profile: name, username, bio, profile photo, date of birth, gender, height, weight, fitness level, goals, and reminder time.
• All your training sessions and their photos.
• Your points, streaks, achievements, and ranking history.
• Your comments and reactions.
• Your friendships, friend requests, and the groups you created.
• The chat messages and images you sent.
• Your conversations with the AI coach.
• Your notifications and push-notification tokens.
• Your support conversations.

5What may be kept for a limited time

• Backup copies, which are overwritten on our provider's backup cycle and may persist for a short additional period.
• Content reports made about your account, kept only as long as needed to prevent abuse.
• The minimum records needed to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

Comments you left on other people's sessions and messages you sent in group chats are removed together with your account.

6Deleting data without closing your account

You do not need to delete your account to remove individual data. In the app you can delete any training session, change your profile photo, edit or clear the optional profile fields, and make your profile private. For anything else, email support@getrowi.app.
